Work Environment

People who work in an office setting have a good chance of developing back problems if they do not take the proper precautions.

First, it is important to have a suitable office chair to sit in. Office chairs will not suit everyone in the office perfectly and must be individualized. The key is to find one that supports your lower back, right at the curve of your bottom.

You should also focus on keeping everything at a 90 degree angle. Your legs should be positioned at a 90 degree angle in the chair you choose to sit in, as should your knees and elbows. Making sure your keyboard and mouse are at a comfortable level is also crucial. Reviewing your workstation set-up with your chiropractor will have you feeling better at work.
